Is this the way it’s really goin’ down?

Dear, dear Justin.

You know, I had a whole diatribe written, but really, when you get past the glamorized misogyny and fuzzed-out camerawork, it comes down to this.

I watch this video, and nine minutes later, I feel just like ScarJo’s cardboard portrayal of a femme fatale: bored. So very, very bored.

Honey, we need to take a break.

  1. What an ugly piece of work. Shame on Justin, Scarlett, and the whole gang for making something like this. Wait a second, they just saved me the price of admission to Alpha Dog. Awesome.

  2. This video is complete crap. Granted, I haven’t watched a full music video for about a year now, this one is shit. So, you cheat on Justin and you “get what you deserve,” which is death via car accident after he frighteningly chases you around town. And, heaven forbid a woman might be dating and kissing two men! Doesn’t the video say Scarlett and Justin’s characters have only been seeing each other for a month? So, she’s expected to be that loyal just like that…she tells him she doesn’t want his damn keys–he’s not getting the vibes she’s throwing out there. Men and their control issues. I’m disappointed…

  3. Why can’t ScarJo just GO AWAY? I wonder if her videos for when she does her projected Tom Waits cover album (vom) will be as terrible.
